Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Raheja Sterling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Property Specifications

All property specifications, including but not limited to the layout, dimensions, and amenities, are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of K Raheja Corp. Visual representations, such as maps, layouts, and images, are indicative and may not accurately reflect the final product.

3. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve a unit. Payment plans and schedules will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in forfeiture of the booking and any payments made.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms outlined in the booking agreement. Any administrative fees incurred during the cancellation process will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Modification and Alteration

K Raheja Corp reserves the right to modify or alter the project layout, amenities, and specifications without prior notice. These changes may be due to regulatory requirements, construction constraints, or to improve the project’s quality and utility.

6. Possession and Handover

The possession of the unit will be granted upon full payment and completion of all necessary formalities. K Raheja Corp will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, regulatory approvals, or construction delays.

7. Maintenance and Upkeep

Post-possession, residents are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their units. The management of common areas and amenities will be overseen by a designated property management team, with costs borne by the residents as per the maintenance agreement.

8. Usage Restrictions

Units are to be used solely for residential purposes. Any commercial use, sub-letting, or modifications to the unit without prior approval from K Raheja Corp is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or termination of the agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Pune, and the language used in arbitration proceedings shall be English.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to this agreement.

11. Amendments

K Raheja Corp reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
